This is a documentary film about 'young' ladies, aged 84-96, that are tap dancers from the good old days, and are still dancing!
They talk about dancing with Duke Ellington's band, attending Lena Horne's birthday party, dancing at the Cotton Club, the Apollo and more. It's a wonderful, heartfelt film about how to stay young and beautiful at 80 and above.
So, in celebration of my grandmother's birthday this month - October 27th she will be 84 - please check out this film, then go and give your grandparent a hug!
